I keep eating. If I eat, I'll get fat. Period. Food is fat. Food is fat food is fat foodfatfoodfat!! ARGH
I don't think I lost anything recently. This upsets me.
I ate a half bowl of alfredo yesterday (1 cup, probably less though), but had two pieces of garlic bread. I probably had around 450 calories yesterday. FAT COW FAT COW!!
Today I had a full bowl of cereal with soymilk, added a few raisins and some granola for nutrition. Probably... 70+70+100+maybe another 100 for the added stuff? So... 340. Ugh. And I ate something else, too, I know I did. Ice cream. 220 calories. 560 total then. Round up to 600 to be safe.
How gross. I'm so fat and gross. I just want to be skinny.
