Santa Claus Is Makin' a Mess
So I was drivin' to the 'Dolph this morning, and there was a traffic jam on South Road. Bizarre, right? There's NEVER traffic on that part of the road. Ever. And then I see the source of the traffic - Santa.
Every year, the local fire company (which the McAndrews make up half of) brings Santa to Ironia. The fire company dresses up a truck, and Santa rides around the streets, bringing candy and promises to the children of the area. The truck had stopped, and there was literally a swarm of children. A swarm! I was surprised that there were that many children in all of Ironia, let alone that little part. I turned around and went around, after I sat for 5 minutes.
I got stuck in traffic thanks to Santa! Beat that!
