i feel like im in a serious need of a holiday

the man is back to busy time, this time it is gonna last till end nov

maybe one day here and one day there
but definitely not enough to go away

my internal clock has been messed up since going to perth
and the pathetic thing is that the time diff is only an hour
so i have been waking up at like 630 instead of my usual 730
im hungry...

the man has gone again
this time i dun have any 'warning'
he was given a call and less than 24 hours later, he flew off
and we're not sure when he's coming back

since the op i have not been doing any core exercises (doctor's orders)
i have done some swims, brisk walks and some frisbee
but today i finally went back to pilates
man...my arms felt weak (not to mention, so was every other part of my body) as i was drving back
and the car has power steering lor...

boy am i outta shape....
