okay; am in labrador at the mo, which is about 5mins drive north of surfers. the weather was finally sunny today which was noice, as it had been very overcast, and muggy, and rainy.
past couple dayz have been interesting... flew in on sat, and cought up with dads cousins in brisbane, who were very nice, are his age, have an AWESOME house, and apparently her husband was a scientist until he had an accidentm and was paralysed from the neck down, which is very sad, but he seems to cope with it splendidly.
driving through brisbane brought ALL the memories of music tour back...sigh...including the family i stayed with...and was ill. lol. i do however miss staying at the radisson resort :P
after unpacking, and resting, i the went into surfers sat night, which was very interesting, and fun, and i met some locals, danced, got drunk, random hookups, and then crashed home @ 4am. and APPARENTLY mum was awake worried the WHOLE time, because she saw all the wankers walking around surfers...sigh. after waking up at 11am, the rest of the family then decided to go to some sunday markets, to "leave me with my hangover", which i did not have, and had to stay in the appartment, as there was only one key, and i couldn't get back in. i think it was a form of punishment lol. however i did go swimming in the huge pool, ans sleep under the air con :)
today we spent all day at the harbour town here (the original one), which is less than 2 mins away! i got $261 worth of clothes for $102! score!
and i'm now in ezy dvd around the corner, which is more of a rentals store, that has a computers for an 'internet cafe'.

(and i'm really peeved that my shoulders/back are still red, and peeling, after being in the sun for less than 20mins, and applying sunscreen GRR! damn my eurpoean complextion, and low melanin...)
