Day 1
We left from Syracuse this morning and are now in Indiana, about 30 miles from Chicago in a Hampton Inn because the Kampground [sic] of America doesn't have night check in for cabins and we can't tent with the cats. They've been remarkably good- Rubella swatted at Milo a few times and bit him when we first started out today, but there wasn't even the minimal mewing of yesterday until right before we stopped when Milo decided he was Done. Our trip mileage, from Jersey is about 800+.
We've been doing well with the driving and music sharing. Transitions lenses are useless as driving sunglasses because the car windows filter out the UV rays that turn them to the not quite dark enough tint.
