DAAAAAAAD!!!

Dec 10, 2011 15:41

Dad and Pa have lost thier internets, thier phone, and our HOUSE!!

I am very vexed. I do not know how to find the internets, and I keep bringing them the phone but they say it needs a 'card' to work, which costs money to buy (30 bucks) and the House is right there... but they say it is not going to be ours anymore.

I am confused. Why are things going into boxes?

Hay! I have only lived here for my WHOLE LIFE... whar we gunna live NOW??

Dad and Pa say they have that figured out. Some very very dear friends who are family by choice- they are going to make room for us, and we will stay with them. Dad gets all sniffly when he talks about that, but I think it is a GOOD sniffly, because they love these friends very much and they feel very loved by them too.

So it might be hard for a little while, for me to update and to keep in touch. Right now, Dad has LIBRARY access- about 90 minutes a day to do eeeeeverything! and Pa has a tiny school computer that he can use for wifi hotspots! So we will check in and stuff.

The thing is, we don't have much money to make this move happen. Dad and Pa are going to have to rent a truck to move the stuff, and pay for lots of stuff like the electricity so that it isn't turned off BEFORE we are gone... and they need to buy some things like a cat tree so the cats will have a place to scratch and to hide on top of, since they will be living in much closer proximity to me AND a whole buncha other kitties!!

Can you help?

Dad is offering all his friends, a peice of artwork chosen randomly by your preference- what colours you like? What kind of thing- something to hang on the wall, sit on a shelf, or silly but useful? Like a Magic Yarn Ball... you take a skein of yarn, and you wrap a whole bunch of silly and fun things into it, and so the person finds treats and trinkets all through it! It is very silly. One contained a tiny pirate rubber duckey... one had a painted day of the dead skull. One had a bunch of different tea packets wrapped in it! They are fun and silly, and dad has a whole box of FUN things to put in them.

If you can donate 20 bucks or more, Dad will give you a Magic Yarn Ball. He will mail it when he gets your info and can choose a type of yarn that you like- a colour or if you have a preference for wool, homespun, bright acrylic, or sock yarn...

Dad needs monies to feed me, and to pay new licencing fees in the new city... and to make this move happen. He is begging, but I know that begging is a good thing- sometimes people give you CHEESE. I don't think that is quite what Dad needs, but he likes cheese, I'm just saying.

Who doesn't??

So here is the information for Dad and Pa and ME:

David Emery and James Hopkins
8825 34th Ave NE #L-174
Tulalip, Wa, 98271

(if it autocorrects you to 'Marysville" that works too- it's on the Tulalip reservation, but in the postal area of Marysville...)

I will try and update you about the move, too! Dad and Pa think that this is my big CHANGE... I will have to grow up, and not be the puppy anymore. I will have to be good dog, grownup princess, and not silly Corapants. I bet all KINDS of things happen now!!

big changes, moving
