So, if a nine year old is overweight, probably because their parents feed them shit and our physical education programs--where they are most likely to get their only exercize--are sadly lacking, he or she is going to get deported to Sudan?

And what if a person is 5 lb underweight?

I assume disabled or handicapped persons are given grace.
