Firstly I started the New Year by falling sick on the last second day and have not yet fully recover.
So it is a new year and so must have some resolution.
- master all the Tai Chi moves (still sucks in them)
By the way, what the health is internal strength (內勁).
Saw some books on Tai Chi on this.
But then how do I master or at least learn it?
It seems to talk about some breathing and then some acupunture points.
The point is doing is one thing, how do I use it?
And how do I differentiate it from physical strength?
