I am annoyed with not finding a third reference to list on my resume. Is having three references a golden rule? Am I really that incompetent in scientific pursuits not to be endorsed?

My bosses at my unskilled low-wage jobs love me.  Cook, truck driver, retail clerk are some fastest growing occupations in Ohio.

I'm trying to get excited about graduating.
