Take-over

The pursuit to wake up earlier continues. And the failure to wake up earlier also continues, unfortunately. I'm on leave today and supposed to be helping with chores, but I can't because I woke up late again, so... I guess I will resort to do something slightly "creative." Such as creating this post.

• I've been hooked in Destiny 2 since April, and the numbers I have garnered are... staggering. Consider this: I have played Apex Legends for about 1,100 hours, and I've been playing that game since late 2019. As for my recent stint of Destiny 2... I have played 500 hours in a span of only 3 months.
  
  
• There is a project on my work that I am... working on. One of my reason for taking on that project is to get a chance, perhaps, to be promoted. However a part of me is regretting to take on that project, partly because there are other projects that are either easier or more comfortable for me to work on, but mainly because the leaders managing those types of projects have been... extremely poor in their communications regarding requirements, and even abusive in how they are treating their project leads.
  
  Let me explain.
  
  Because the managers told me of certain requirements late in the project, I felt so much pressure and stress. I reached my emotional limit very early in the project, to the point where I unironically told my leader and teammates that I was going to drop the project. They encouraged me and supported me, and so I decided to continue.
  
  The abusive part was when my leaders told me that I could not cancel the project. And they told me this not before taking on the project, but when I was already doing the project. And so I feel like the main "motivation" for me doing the project is now out of fear instead of out of trying to be productive. I'm not sure at what point they will... hear from me.

Ok, let's go to last quarter's summary.

As an aside... Most of the Animé that I've watched this year are mostly either romance or romantic subtext. I did not make this decision consciously. It just so happens that the entries that catch my attention are such.

Also I'm very saddened by having watched not too many titled. I think I got preoccupied with administrative things related to my grandfather's death, as well as the overwhelm

• Jijou wo Shiranai Tenkousei ga Guigui Kuru (My Clueless First Friend) - Oh man, I plan to post a couple of things about this Animé. It is brutally wholesome.
  
• Kubo-san wa Mob wo Yurusanai (Kubo-san Won't Let Me Be Invisible) - This is a carry-over from last quarter since it ceased airing due to production delays

Currently Watching:

• Mushoku Tensei - S02 (apparently this is considered as Episode zero i.e. a "recap")
  
• Kimi wa Houkago Insomnia (Insomniacs After School) (the last episode should air in a few hours)
  
• Oshi no Ko (already finished airing, but I have to play catch-up)

Favorite Character of the Season: Taiyou Takada from Jijou wo Shiranai Tenkousei ga Guigui Kuru. Typical male Animé characters confess their feelings to their romantic interest at the end of a series. But our man Taiyou "Rizz" Takada holds Akane Nishimura's hand only within twelve freaking minutes of the first episode. Holy crap. This is taken mostly out of context, of course. Like I said, I might... post something in the future.
