LJ-cut, since these are spoilers for
Spy x Family, Episode 24.
Recap: Spy x Family is the story of a fake family, comprising of Loid Forger, Yor Forger, and Anya Forger. Each person has their secret motive to maintain the family - Loid is a spy and Yor is an assassin, and both of them use the fake family to keep their identities hidden but still be able to operate in their respective fields. Anya is... Well, she wanted to belong to a family. Despite the creation of this fascade, all the members of the family have actually grown to genuinely care for each other - like a real family.
Fast forward to Episode 24. Yor reaches the peak of her insecurity by thinking that Loid will replace her with Fiona - Loid's colleague - as Loid's new wife. Loid and Yor go to a bar to have a drink and talk about it, but Yor resorts to drinking too much, and ends up kicking Loid, which causes him to pass away. While gaining consciousness, Loid hears a lullaby that his mother used to sing to him before. When he opens his eyes, he realizes that Yor has been the one singing, and that he has been lying on her lap. With Loid sitting upright and regaining his composure, Yor explains that they have been in the nearby park for five minutes, and they have been kicked out of the bar due to the commotion they have been causing. Yor apologizes for not being an adequate partner, and says she does not blame Loid if he wants someone else.
But Loid reassures her that he has no intention of finding another wife. He mentions a couple of things to make his point, but I wanted to point out two of the things he shared:
First - Loid shares his story of how, despite not even remembering his mother's face, remembers very well that he loved being in his mother's arms, and that she gives him comfort and peace.
Second - Loid makes the parallel of his mother x him, and Yor x Anya. According to him, Anya always says that her mother will always protect her when she is in danger. He explains further that Anya can smile and be happy because of the sense of security that Yor has provided.

So here's the thing I want to highlight: Loid did not need to share his story about his mother. But he did, and it is a big deal.
Remember that Loid is a spy, and is supposed to conceal his true identity, and is not supposed to get his personal feelings involved in his mission. So all he needed to say to reassure Yor was to tell her that Anya can be happy and carefree because of Yor, but without creating the parallel to his mother. But no. He paused for about three seconds, and made the conscious decision to share his story. I would agree that his story was "safe" to share because it has nothing incriminating or revealing about it - he only mentions a mother, but does not even mention a description, or a location... nothing. But he chose to share this personal story. And if I am not mistaken, that is the very first personal thing that Loid has ever shared to Yor.
Also, during the couple's interaction, the Anime shows images of a young Loid and his mother, so we know that his story about his mother were probably his true and genuine memories, and not fabrications for the sake of Yor's reassurance.
Another interesting thing was what Loid seems to have wanted to say to Yor, but just says it in silence: "(Yor), you're able to create a world that the government organizations have been spilling blood, sweat, and tears to create." He was referring to the safe and peaceful "world" that Yor has "created" for Anya. I think Loid said this both because he is in awe, and because of his wishful thinking. Loid's personal motive to be a spy is to maintain peace in the world (or at least in Westalis/Ostania?), and the goal of his current assignment, Operation Strix, is to prevent a war from happening. So I say "in awe" because Loid probably thought "Wow, Yor was easily able to create a safe and peaceful world." And I say "wishful thinking" because he probably thought "Man, I wish it was easy to make the world safe and peaceful..."

So what is happening with Yor in all of this?
Despite the fact that Yor also agreed to their fake marriage for her own intentions, she does care for the Forger family, and care for Loid. To the point that, instead of trying to compete with Fiona or even outright kill her (remember that Yor is an assassin,) she tells herself to put her own intentions aside and put Loid's happiness first, even if it means giving up her role as his wife, and giving up the family she has grown to be fond of.
............
This is my summary of the two parts of Spy x Family, although I will be honest that this relies heavily not so much on the episodes of the series itself, but more on the images shown to is in the opening and ending sequence of the anime.
In Part 1, the focus was on how Anya has found the family she had longed for, after being in and out of several orphanages. (As an extension, I even feel like this was even further reinforced by the images shown in the opening sequence of Part 2.)
But I noticed that in Part 2, a lot of focus seems to be on Loid, if not both Loid and Yor. It indicates that he is also happy and content with the "family" that they have. And he will strive either to have a real family, or to have them become a real family.
............
That's it for now.
