*spoilers* Clearing something up...
There seems to be some confusion as to just who is on the right side at the bottom of the standup art. Luckily, Mary Grandpre has given us drawings of both of the characters in dispute.
Below is a picture of the "mystery woman" on the HBP cover. Below that are Grandpre's previous drawings of Ginny on the CoS cover (left) and Lily in the calendar (right). Compare.

It's clearly Ginny on the HBP cover. It's strikingly similar to CoS!Ginny - face shape, eyes, nose, hair, etc. If the character's eyes look green on the HBP art, it's because green is the dominant color in the piece. I don't know why she's not bundled up like Ron and Hermione are. I'm guessing that the artwork on the standup is from two or three different scenes in the book. The OotP standup was the same way.
Still determined to refrain from any *squee-bombs*. We have no idea what any of this means, except that presumably all of these characters will be important in HBP. And that was pretty much a given before now. I hate to be a party pooper, but there it is. Won't make watching certain reactions less entertaining, though. :P
