I started my essay for boom_tube and I'm just not happy with it. I sometimes worry that I can only be eloquent in my rants when I'm feeling rage (which is usually but still). The more I think about this film the more pissed off. When I first saw it I was hypnotized by the nice special effects and Mystique's brilliant line. Afterwards I started to have issues, the more I thought about it and discussed it with friends the more problems I had, so here we go.
