Looking for a coupl'a roomates?
I'm looking into moving out... but i'm fuckin poor. If I get another job I could probably afford to pay $200 a month for rent... when Erin gets a job she could afforrd about $200 too... so we need 1 or 2 more people who can pay $200 a month to get an apartment/rent a house. This is speaking in the future.... about 6 - 12 months away. I need a lil time to get another job and erin needs to get and hold a job.... but it'd be cool if we could find maybe another couple who wanted to move in and maybe rent a house.... that way we wouldn't have to worry about making too much noise in an apartment complex and if anything went wrong with heating or plumbing or something we still have a landlord to deal with it all so we don't have to. We promise no crazy wild trash the house parties and we expect the same. Not saying you can't have people over to drink just sayin we aren't looking for anything too ridiculous. I wouldn't want more than a 2 year contract for a place... in fact 1 year would be ideal.
So if anyone's interested... you just let me know.
