I like how it's the PC version for the kids, but Kahlan's still ready to turn anything into a Lesson Moment ;)

Thanks, I always try really hard to find the lesson within the PG rated versions of the adventures for the kids. I feel like it would be very IC for Kahlan, Richard and the rest of the team to want their kids to learn from their mistakes and their triumphs as well.

Awww, such a sweet fic!! I love the friendship between Kahlan and Cara. You captured it so well!

It seemed almost odd for Kahlan to think back on how her relationship with Cara had started but now she couldn't think of how her life would have been without the blonde woman.

LOVED that line!!

Thanks so much! I'm really glad you enjoyed it and I agree, the friendship between Kahlan and Cara is one of my favorite aspects of the show. Whenever shows have so much chemistry within the cast it's such a rare thing. That's why I cling so hard to the characters on shows that care about friendship as much as the romance ugh.

Sorry I am going off on a tangent because I'm mourning my most recent show cancellation still. *runs away*
