in today's news (which is really old news really but stuff i'm just hearing about), there have been some proposals to the House of Representatives to repeal the 22nd amendment (the amendment that holds number of presidential terms to two). two of the proposals were: HJ RES 11 IH (Jan 27 2005) HJ RES 9 (Jan 4, 2005)
