Dear Daddy -
This weekend was yet another great one.. Now that Aaron has a care I wake up to his beautiful face.. but aside from that.. Thursday night we rearranged his living room.. and it has a little touch of me.. which is nice.. then Friday we had a movie night and rented Silent Hill.. which was DY-NO-MIYATE.. yeah sound it out.. but really it was good.. Then Saturday we ran some errands.. then went to Miss A’s 21st birthday bash which was incredible.. a. she had a nice lighted tent with a lot of food. B. a spearmint bubble gum scented porter potty. And C. FIREWORKS not like “oh here’s my sparkler, look” I mean she had killer fireworks and then her dad shot himself in the leg with one! So then we came back to Aaron’s and Nikki & Boylan joined us for some Mortal Combat and pizza.. and p.s. nikki has the softest lips.. ; ) besides my babes..
alright so then Sunday Aaron woke me up and told me to get ready cause I was going to meet his mom.. which we did.. and she was fun.. it’s neat to see his family.. and meet them.. it’s always a fun feeling.. seeing where he came from.. its cute whatever anyways..
To top my weekend off.. My dad sent my a message on myspace.. yes myspace.. basically telling me he’s sorry for being a horrible father in a sense but there were no apologies throughout the messages.. just him saying that he was going through some shit and couldn’t handle me on top of it.. but the line that kills me is that “how you turned out so beautifully and amazing from such toxic parents is amazing”, Mind you I haven’t spoken to my father since 2003.. or four.. I can’t even remember the last time.. so I messaged him back with a very nice message and told him that “if you’re trying to redeem yourself, don’t bother. I don’t hold grudges because life’s to sweet and short. If you want to be in my life just make an attempt.” So he messaged me back saying he does wanna be a part of my life and hopes we can work on it. One good thing about this is that he lives in Miami : ) So sunny Florida.. here I come!
