It Might Get Loud used a few clips from a piece called "A Day In the Life Of The Edge," which was filmed by Bono. Most of it is goodnaturedly silly and does not need to be posted. However, people who hate Bono can add this to his list of crimes: apparently, he's a morning person. Edge is not. So the first two minutes of this video take place in darkness. Bono is chirping away happily, and those inarticulate gargling noises you hear are Edge trying to make him go away. (I call this video proof positive that Edge is actually very fond of Bono, because if it had been me there might have been a hideous murder at about the 1:45 mark.)

Here was have
Larry singing "Dirty Old Town" and apparently channeling The Pogues. I would be interested to know exactly how hard they had to twist his arm to make him do that.
And here we have Edge doing his karaoke stunt again, this time "Daydream Believer." Only he has help from someone aside from the audience:

(Seriously--how good-natured is this audience? Although really, who would complain about a visit from Davy Jones?)
And one more karaoke video, this time in Dublin, singing Thin Lizzy's version of "Whiskey In the Jar":

(These videos indicate that some audiences sing along better than others. I imagine the experience was a lot more fun for Edge when he wasn't the only one singing!)
A little demonstration of echo:

(Edge's comment about tempo reminds me of other comments about It Might Get Loud--someone remarked that Edge couldn't keep up with Jimmy and Jack, and another commenter noted that they'd have a lot of trouble playing his parts as well, because most guitarists don't have Edge's timing. Math, baby.)
And one last one:
U2 plays "Dancing Queen." With bonus Benny and Bjorn!
