I suppose it's pointless to mention more than a week after I originally intended for us to leave, but the expedition to the clock is postponed until the situation with the barrier has stabilized. There is theoretically nothing stopping us, but I would like to try and get it back up and running before disappearing into the underground for an indeterminate length of time.

If all does not go as planned, I request to be cremated. Failing that, my headstone should read, "out of nowhere and back."
