Apparently these are good for reducing belly fat when they're used as a main source of your fat for the day.

What are some foods that are MUFA rich?
  • Olives and olive oil
  • Canola oil
  • Nuts and nut oils (peanut, walnut)
  • Seeds and seed oils (sesame, flaxseed)
  • Grape seed oil
  • Soybean oil
  • Avocados

I think dark chocolate is on the list too.
