 Go from this                 to this

in Paint Shop Pro 9
(Great for beginners - most likely transferable)

Crop your image to 100x100 pixels.
Duplicate your base image three times. Set the first two duplicated layers to Screen and the last to
Soft Light (I set mine to 100% & 76% and my Soft Light layer to 100%. Feel free to adjust this to
whatever settings best suites your image.)

Next, create a new layer and flood it with #f3dcf0. Set that layer to Soft Light at 100#.

>

Create another layer and flood it with #e6f9e5. Set it to burn at 100%.

 >

Make a third layer, fill it with #062b3e, and set it to Exclusion. (My layer was set at 58%, but again,
please feel free to change your settings to whatever you feel best suits your image!)

 >

Next, copy all your layers (CTRL+Shift+C) and past your merged layers as a new layer. Set that layer to Soft Light at 100%

Create one last layer and fill it with #e8f3f5. Set that layer to burn at 100%

And we're done! You may sharpen/add brushes/text or whatever you would like.

Let me know what you thought of my tut! I would LOVE to see your results!
