so we've fought with DSL ever since we got it a few days ago and finally, after an hour on the phone w/tech support, it freaking works! The guy said that the USB sucks basically and sometimes just doesn't do its job immediately. hmm, good manufacturing eh?
anyway, I'm glad I get to be back online for 2 days before I leave saturday morning. I started packing yesterday. I think it should be fairly easy to finish, but i'm basically packing up my entire room in 2 suitcases and a zip-up bag. Mom and I made a check-list so I wouldn't forget anything, and we got all the way down to aspirin and ponytail holders! :o) very long list.
