Former flame
Wow. With the help of a glass of wine, I just IM'd the most recent love of my life, a guy from college. We haven't really spoken in 3 - 4 years. I was terrified of making bad conversation, but we chatted for almost an hour. Even though I have a current beau for whom I care greatly, the former flame still offered to come down to DC for a visit and I'm looking forward to it. I think we still think of each other, sometimes -- I got that feeling from the things he said and I know I do. It's my feeling that we stopped talking because he didn't think I was cool enough for him (I refused to wear bootcut jeans and cute tanktops for ages), but I look forward to showing him a little of what he's missed since I grew up. :::arches eyebrow and smirks:::
