Kim has the interesting calls. Today she got one from someone who was upset that our English learner program came only in spanish. He wanted it in Russian.

Paraphrased...
"I got this program for my wife that I bought in Russia, and I need it for her to learn English."
"You bought the program in Russia?"
"No, my wife."
"Ummm."
"I need her to learn English and I've already spent enough money on her! Why won't this damn thing come in Russian?! I don't want to spend another dime on her, she was expensive enough!"
