(The Intro/Outro that lead to the amusing parody on "Full Frontal" which was the same followed by a pissed off guy yelling "SHUT UP!" XD )

The music show that hasn't fallen to random programming (hello MTV!) or overblown censorship (hello F.C.C!) that has existed since the 1980s (1987 to be exact) and has no signs of slowing any time soon: rage.

18 hours (approximately) per weekend of non-stop uncut music videos with guest programmers from famous bands presenting (occasionally other hosts like comedians would host the show), with only light censorship after 6am.
(Between 12am and 6am, no holds barred. You would hear R.A.T.M and Bloodhound Gang use "motherfucker", not a bleep to be heard.)

With a quick look, I've found Billy Corgan and Chaser hosting the show. That's scratching the 22 year old surface.

And since I know someone who likes them, "Panic! At The Disco" were also on.
(See above video - LJ loves posting ALL videos at the top.)

To finish up, if you have a favourite band that played Australia, chances are you have a favourite band that made a playlist for rage, that YouTube users have recreated, just like the Panic! list which has both the band filmed at rage HQ and the videos they chose too!

A short list of guest programmers:

- The Mars Volta
- The Beastie Boys*
- Beck
- TOOL
- Róisín Murphy
- 30 Seconds to Mars
- Fall Out Boy
- Murderdolls
- Silverchair*
- Kings of Leon
(*: Sadly ones I recall and are not on YouTube as far as I can see.)

This weekend sees comedian Lawrence Leung and Bullet For My Valentine host.
(Coming soon: Bon Iver, CSS, Gary Numan and The Howling Bells.)

How does the play list work with guests?
rage has a GIANT book of titles and bands, and the guests look through, pick the videos, and the vault is scoured for the videos, like a giant music library. Once the videos are picked, the guests film the hosting lead ins. Done!
