What used to be great is now sick.

What was once fat (overweight=bad) is now phat (awesome=good).

What was once a destroyer of targets, "The Bomb" is now "Da BOMB!" (the biggest/best thing ever).

So this means if you're a "sick phat shit bomb", you must be the best thing that ever existed.
