I would like to enquire about the possible castration of a stray cat who is causing a nuisance to myself and fellow students. Is this a service that you offer? If not, I would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me where I may take the animal to get it neutered. It has already impregnated one female and I feel it is my responsibility to make sure that this doesn't happen again.
