Thursday: One Sentence

Aug 02, 2012 16:09

Hi everyone, it’s enochia again, this time with a technical challenge. Brevity, they say, is the soul of the wit, and today you are allowed to express yourself in one sentence only. So break out those commas, colons, semicolons, ellipses and hyphens, try your hand at Hemingway-style or stream-of-consciousness, and do your best to convey your reply to the prompt in the space between the first letter and full stop.

Don’t forget the rules:

- No more than three prompts in one fandom
- No more than five prompts in a row unless one of your prompts is filled. Then you can prompt again.
- No spoilers in prompts
- If your fill contains spoilers, please warn and leave plenty of space

And please, think of the codemonkeys and format your prompts properly:

Fandom, Character, Prompt
Fandom, Character/Character, Prompt
Fandom, Character + Character, Prompt

Examples:

BBC Sherlock, Mycroft, “mother”
The Legend of William Tell (TV series), William/Aruna, oblivious
Yu Yu Hakusho, Hiei + Kuwabara, respect

If there is nothing that catches your fancy, take a look at the lonely prompts.
