They do don't they?!! Look like jelly beans...I was tempted thinking they were good and plenty, thinking possibly the dog had burried some???? but, I have seen that dog chow down on good & plenty and let me tell you, she is addicted them...plus the fact they were burried in soft dirt around the palm trees. I was building water wells around the trees when I found them..under like 7 inches of dirt. hummingbirds were flying around and I almost was tempted in thinking they were eggs from a bird..but burried? no.. the eggs are a little wilted today..so I added some water to the dirt and I am hoping I didn't kill the little things.. Otherwise, I saw another lizard in the same area where these were found. I am starting to think..wow..that's how lizards are born. Makes sense, since turtle eggs are so deep under the sand. I don't know about snakes.. but, hmmmm. I guess I will have to research and figure it out. I just love learning new stuff.
And, yes.. everything is just so green and looking healthy and growing so fast this month..
giggling.. no, I think the lizards eat all the bugs.. and I found the eggs near the palm trees that were just transplanted. Well, I wasn't too sure what to do with them.. I am now thinking of putting them back in the area I found them, under dirt. I wouldn't know what to do for baby lizards...the eggs are so tiny.
thank you.. yes, the garden looks magnificent.
Hugs to you Jackie..hope all is going well with you and Jacquelyne.. Much Love to you All, Julie
