Just Another Day
New Year's Eve - it's just another day for me - and Riley of course. I shall continue to read the latest Wisting, The Night Man, watch some TV, have a pizza for dinner (yeah, I know, pizza again!) and certainly be in bed before midnight. I just hope we don't have to suffer too many fireworks because Riley gets very upset with the noise.
2022 has certainly been an annus horribilis for both Riley and me. I lost my wife and Riley lost the mum who he adored. We face another year without Ros. Not much to look forward to although I will become more involved (or should that be participate more) with the wonderful local cat sanctuary City Cat Shelter and the team at Lost Cats Brighton.
Despite everything I wish you all - all of you - a peaceful, healthy and prosperous New Year.
