But - I haven't 'been' since 2:45pm yesterday afternoon and my guts have settled down considerably. My lunch today consisted of a banana and an apple. Dinner tonight will be steamed cod fillet with boiled rice, garden peas and sweetcorn followed by low fat Greek style yoghurt.

My neighbour has lent me a book entitled "The Food Doctor: Healing foods for mind and body" and it is full of very useful information about lifestyles and your top 100 foods for health. I found a copy on Amazon Marketplace for £2.60 including postage. Used, but in very good condition apparently. My diet is going to see some radical changes.
