Nana Angie's Cavads

15oz Ricotta cheese, whole milk, all natural
~2 1/2 cups flour

Dump in bowl and knead enough flour in it to make a hard dough. Cut and roll like a long cigar. Break off pieces about the size of your first finger joint, or put into a cavadil machine to form pieces.
