6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
S&P
1/8c dijon mustard
1/3c plain yogurt
1/2-3/4c fine bread crumbs
1t thyme
sprinkle chicken w/S&P, mix mustard and yogurt. Combine crumbs, thyme and S&P on large plate. Spread chicken w/ yogurt mix, then put in crumbs. Place chicken single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 350° for 20 mins.
