Marinate chicken, 1/2 breasts
1T veg. oil
2t Soy sauce
1/2t sherry
dash pepper
cornstarch
Rub over chicken, drain, dust w/cornstarch @ least 30 mins
Lemon sauce:
3/4c water
3 heaping T sugar
juice of 1 large lemon
1t veg oil
dash salt
1T cornstarch dissolved in small amount of water
Heat 1/4" veg oil over med hi. fry chicken until golden brown, about 3 mins a side (no more) Cut chicken in strips, pour sauce over.
