Dad's Chocolate Glop with Crust

GLOP:
In a large bowl, put:
1 can eagle brand milk
1/4 package ground chocolate chips
equal amount mini marshmallows and almonds, coarsely chopped
Suspend and mix 1 1/2 oz cocoa and 2oz sugar, add to large bowl.
Fold in 12oz cool whip, add to crust.

CRUST:
1 1/2 cups ground pecan
1 1/8 cups ground vanilla wafers
3/8 cups powdered sugar
Mix together, drizzle in 3/8 cup melted butter, press into 13x9" pan

Freeze half an hour, add brown glop and freeze 24 hours.
