2 cups chunky peanut butter
3 1/2 cups rice krispies
1lb powdered sugar
1 stick butter, melted
Crush cereal slightly, blend all ingredients in large bowl. Form into walnut size balls. Chill 2-3 hours or overnight.
Chocolate coating:
1 12oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 stick paraffin wax
Mix together in double-boiler, dip balls into chocolate mix using a skewer, turn until coated. Keep turning until balls stop dripping. Set on cookie sheet or wax paper to cool.
Makes 5 dozen.
