i saw my first cicada this afternoon while walking the dog. hence the subject. so i guess they do exist and it is not a myth after all. they are gross but not nearly as scary as i expected in the movie version of "the attack of the killer cicadas" that i made up in my head. but it does make walking bobby a bitch because all he does is eat them and dig for them and then gag on them. its a very nice cycle that he never seems to learn from.
oh something very offensive also happened to me on my walk today. i was walking past these little 10-12 year old boys and one of them starts singing/yelling at me "i like big butts and i can not lie" it was gross. he was like 4 feet tall and i was very offended and i gave him a dirty look and walked away and his stupid little friends started laughing. which is kinda funny because i have like no butt and iv'e def. never been told i have a big butt before haha.
so anyways that's all for my walk
so other things - prom preparations are going well and everything is falling into place and i really like my group and all the people in it. some people are mad, but they will get over it and for the most part everyone is content.
tomorrow is our last friday in high school - how insane is that. i cant even process the idea. wow. and there are only like 5 days left of school. its all going by too quickly.
ok time to go watch the last frasier even tho i dont even like it because i feel like it is my duty to watch it. its thurs. and there's no FRIENDS tonight :( im not going to be able to get used to that.
