Dragon!John Fanart

This is totally wanderingsmith 's fault. Okay, maybe a little bit mine. Blame the damn plot bunnies. (Speaking of which...if anyone wants to write this AU, I'll love you forever and ever and ever.)

It started somewhere along the lines of:

wanderer: hey! how about dragons?? I mean they found atlantis.. couldn't they find dragons?
C-R: Oh god, now I want to write ( Read more... )

sga, fan art, dragons

oohh, shapeshifter... OR..

"Let me see that tatoo again."

"But lizeeeeeee-"

"And *stop* calling me that! Just be a good dragon and spread that wingtip. I had a dream last night..."

He leered at her backside as she walked toward his back with a determined expression, "Reeeaaalllly? As the Indian said to the mermaid: How?"

Elizabeth glared over her shoulder, "If you stay in that gutter too long, you'll put out your flame, Lizard-brain."

As she started tracing the patterns on his leathery skin, John crossed his front paws on the ground and flopped his muzzle down on them with an unfeigned smokey sigh of pleasure, trying to keep the shivers under control and mentally carolling "'Lizabeth dreams about me. 'Lizabeth dreams about me..."

eheheh, 'love being blamed for this kind of 'trouble'!! and I have thrown this link at someone who knows who they are.. maybe they can be convinced to apply their humour to this... umm? umm?

and lovely work comanche! as usual, I have to say... sure you couldn't make a conan/neo-slave!John?

Oooo, fun fun! And I might attempt neo-slave!John sometime, but not now, and no promises. XD

As for shapeshifters, well...

"I love you Lizzie, but this relationship seems to have some rather obvious limitations..."

vs.

"Well which do you prefer, The Horns or The Hair?"

eheheh, neo-slave!John we BOTH know you want it...... (VEG)
The Horns or The Hair "Both. Horns are handy for stubborn Asurans -and I bet that leather would stump the wraith good- but t he hair is so lovely to stroke as I go to sleep..."

So shapeshifter it is. Cuddling stud-puppy by night, vicious replicator-incinerator by day.

LMAO, I DO want it, I'm just not sure if I can pull it off without boring arduous tracing. Besides, I feel like I'm cheating when I trace things. I might be able to do in parts, though...*vveg* But again, time is an issue.

ROTFLMAO, we should pitch that to the networks as a new series!!!

that tango icon? before I found the vid showing that last shot, I thought I'd see if I'd magically acquired drawing skills yet and triedt o draw it -cause that was what I was after during all that long arduous research..- ... anyway. trust me. no mater wat you do.. it'd be btter than the result.... sigh

parts eh? (VVEG) want me to throw you a drink as you float happily in the gutter? and yes. time is an evil thing. grr sigh

With drawing...well, I'd say it's 60% practice and 40% talent. I just have no talent when I comes to drawing people, no matter how much I practice. Give me animals and landscapes and architecture any day, but people are a pain in the ass. XD

Mmmmm...*day dreams* Parts....

practice? really? course my only interest is people and you just admitted that didn't work...
cause yeah, I can do reasonnably clear 3D sketching. gotten a lot better at it aftr 6 years of trying to get my mechanical comrades to comprehend whatI'm tryng to explain...

I've gotten better, don't get me wrong, but I still feel like I'm drawing cartoons half the time. Humans are just too damn complex, and I'm just too damn much of a perfectionist.

yes, just so. I try to follow the.. ideas. head=oval, neck, shoulders, arms... but then the face???? hair??? looks very cartoony
probably doesn't help that being blind all my life -and 'a touch' shy- has left me with hte habit of never 'looking' at people. so I'm tryng to draw something from nothing but a shadowy thought outline...
can still dream though

eheh, Ike is about to hit us...(VBG)

LMAO. Have the scuba gear ready? *g*

Yeah, what with the whole ASD thing, I can hardly even make eye contact with people, and tend to avoid studying faces so that I don't accidentally make eye contact. I usually only have a vague idea of what people actually look like.

eheh, we're stubbornly sitting on the deck.. but its getting dark and you can feel the rain slowly coming....

yeah. even on tv I don't pay attention. when I try... the eyes just shy away. 'wrong wrong too close!'

lol, pics are a different matter of course... but since I don't starre at pics of women... writing sex from male's perspective requires special research...

as for RL... between not paying attention to faces and having a cappy attention/memory for names... I'm frequently caught going 'err, yes, hi' big smile and hope I'm not expected to come up with a name...

Ha ha, I'll usually remember peoples' pets' names before I remember the actually person's name. "Oh, hi, I remember you, you're Fluffy's owner!"

lol, nope, not even that. I'm never certain enough of which company they are from to risk saing it and being wrong. 'oh sure, you're with Avnet' 'err, no. with FAI..' oops.
