Grandma
My grandmother is very sick today. She was rushed to the hospital yesterday for emergency surgery and they found a perforated ulcer in her stomach. Now, she is in intensive care because she's having trouble breathing and they need to get that under control. I'm finding myself wondering if my grandmother has a DNR. I'm pretty sure she does. She's 86 and my grandfather has been gone now for almost 4 years. She's always told me she is happy to live as long as she can, but she would not be scared to go tomorrow.
I'm very scared, and that feels really selfish.
