I think I could probably be diagnosed with Delayed sleep-phase syndrome.  If I were, then I could be legally classified as a person with a disability.  ... Even though I've maintained (sometimes sporadically) this LiveJournal for over ten years now, this entry feels like a beginning.  My wonderful girlfriend Allison recently acquired a new, second LiveJournal, and a handful of friends have either been slightly more diligent in using this thing than I, or have also just returned to LiveJournal Land.  ( Read more... )

Someone should make a stirring dramatic film about one of those auctioneer dudes.  You know, the ones that stand at the podium and speed-talk at a kazillion kmph, keeping up with all the bids from the audience.  I mean I bet those bastards are pretty passionate about their artform.  It could make for a good movie.
