So this is it.
My bags are packed and boxes are filled. My walls look bear and outdated because all that's left is the high school pictures and paraphernalia I never bothered to take down. That stuff never made the cut for college-worthy memories. That's a little harsh, but entirely true. This summer has been hard, and times are still hard but I have to keep moving. Life doesn't stop so you can deal with and fix your shit, and I'm okay with that. Will it take time and effort to make everything right? Yes. But you know, that's just the way it is. And coming to terms with the way things are is important, I think. Even if it sucks. Even if you fucked up, you just gotta deal with it. And I know, I KNOW that's hypocritical coming from someone who dwells on everything, and regrets a little too much. But that's just the way it is. And you know, I have plenty in my life to be happy about, and dammit, I'm holding on to that with everything I got.
