Yes. I've been watching season 7 of Gate today. He's not quite as cute as in early seasons, but he's still droolworthy.

Well, in the later seasons he loses the geeky!Daniel look, but he gets muscles! Very attractive, droolworthy muscles!

True. Plus, because he's action hero Daniel, we get to see them more often.
