Unfortunately Karl Urban cancelled Ring*Con 2007 due to work comittments. We are very sorry about this, but this is the nature of the movie business. We had a wonderful replacement last night - but only for 2 hours. We locked in Brad Dourif (Grima Wormtongue) but 2 hours later the agent informed us, that he has to start work on a new movie on ( Read more... )

Pity, would have been nice for you to see the lovely Karl :o)

What's wrong with Brad Dourif? Was he rude to someone or what...?

I've met Karl before. It's sad but we got Andy now and I LOVE Andy :-)

I've seen Brad at a con before and he was rude to the fans during the signing :-/

Oh, sweetie, that's SUCH a bummer!!! I was so looking forward to you ladies catching up with Karl & giving the rest of us the scoop about what he's been up to.

Yes it's really sad because I would have loved to see him in a panel. But I have met him before so I'm not as sad as many others.

We get Andy Serkis now who I really adore :-)

Oh, boo! :( He was, like the only one I had REALLY been looking forward to. Meh. I won my ticket, so I can't complain.. but I'm still rather miffed. I think it's really horrible for those people who paid a lot of money JUST to see him. I mean, yes, we know something like that can always happen, but.. you know. Still kinda sucks.

Now we got Andy. I have met both before, Karl and Andy and both guys are sooo funny. So I'll miss Karl but look forward to see Andy again :-)

I am glad that we got Andy! I guess he's quite the entertainer, and this year's lineup still needs some major excitement, if you know what I mean. :)
I am really sad that Mana's not coming. :( He is cute!
