Easy PC..not.
So, I decided to do something with the not-overly-utilised-PC-sitting-in-a-box today. I'm not sure what, as of yet, but offering it to local school etc. came to mind. Of course, I need to reformat it. Inbuilt recovery partition is no good, as there is no option to re-install XP from it. And of course, there was no recovery disk supplied. And do you think I could find the old Windows XP disk I'm pretty sure I had anywhere? No way, Jose!
So tomorrow will be a fun call to the manufacturer's undoubtedly outsourced to Tibet Tech Support department trying to get a recovery CD for a 4 year old machine. I'm sure that will be an easy, non-frustrating process. I lie.
