Surprise!
Oooh an Indian based call centre that did exactly what I wanted, in a reasonably speedy manner. Odd. Even odder, it belonged to Barclays, the UK bank that's generally quite crap. Must be because I'm not a customer. It's only after they have you, that they inflict the seriously bad on you ;)
