This weekend, I had a terrible PTSD episode. I don't know what triggered it, I don't know what set me off, but I had horrifying disassociation episodes off and on all Saturday. It was literally like sitting there at my desk trying to get work done, and having migraine fog come in without the migraine and just blacking out for 20 minutes to an hour ( Read more... )
