Chapter 1
He glanced out impatiently before returning back inside the cave. It was pouring outside compared to ten minutes ago when it was only sunny and bright. He also noticed that the day had gone dark and couldn't help but wondered why his lover hadn’t come yet. They have promised to meet each other at their secret cave, which was between the borders of their clans.
“What is taking him so long?” he mumbled and crossed both of his arms.
He went inside the cave and sat on the large flat rock; he took a deep breath and patiently waited.
An hour later, he started to nibble on his fingernails out of boredom because there was nothing to do. The cave was dark, but he could see every single detail, including the tiny insects crawling on the rocks.
After awhile of playing with his nails, he stood up. He headed further inside of the cave and hit the wall until it crumbled right in front of him. His eyes flash red as he picked up the rock that was about his knuckle size and crumbled them to pieces. He swore that if his lover didn’t come in the next five minutes, he would give him hell for making him waited this long.
Then he took a seat again, his body freeze like a mannequin while his breathing suddenly became soundless.
Just as when he thought he heard a sound coming in, he smiled to himself, thinking that it was his lover.
A moment later, he growled but keep silent because the coupler was giggling.
He eyed them in the dark since they didn’t realize that they had just trespass into his secret cave.
“It’s cold in here,” he heard the woman said while the man was trying to light up a fire.
“It’s fine. We’ll be warm in a minute,” the man responded.
He licked his lips. Those two will be his dinner. He was just waiting for his lover to come and meet him, but this was fine too. Two delicious meals had just come to him.
“It’s scary, I don’t like it here,” the woman began.
He watched her; she looked young to him and he couldn’t wait to sink his fangs into those youthful flesh.
He smirked as he backed further into the cave. He grabbed the rock and threw it.
Just like he had anticipated, the young couple was startled.
“What was that?” the young woman questioned in alarm.
“It’s probably nothing.” the young man responded and wrapped his arm around her shoulder.
He rolled his eyes as he repeated the same action.
“No, I’m scared. What if something was inside there? Let’s get out of here.”
“There is nothing back there. Here, stay here. I’ll go and check.”
He smirked. He had got them. Then he torn his clothes off a bit and sat himself into the corner of the cave while the man who was holding a torch appeared closer.
“Eh…a-are you alright?” the man sound worried.
He sat there motionless, waiting for the man to come closer.
When he was near enough…he moved a bit and made a groaning sound as if he was hurt.
“You’re hurt!” the man told him and quickly approached him.
He smiled when the man attempted to help him. There, the man’s neck was fully exposed to him. Then he opened his mouth while his fang grew. He doesn’t hesitate to sink his fangs in while his free hand grabbed the man’s neck so that he wouldn’t make any sound.
The man struggled for a few minutes before his body went limp. He took this chance to finish one of his meals off.
After he was done, he stood up and walked out. He smiled, thinking of another plan to approach the woman.
However, once he had gone out and near the little campfire, his meal was gone.
He frowned before he felt annoyed.
“You stole my meal, Tatsuya.”
The drench beast that walked inside the cave was no other than his lover. The humongous beast that was probably about 11 feet suddenly changed into a human form.
He watched how his lover was now standing right in front of him with his bloody hands with a smirk.
“Women’s fleshes are always tasty,” the guy smiled at him and licked his fingers.
He glared at his lover before crossing his arms with a pout.
It had seemed like his lover noticed and chuckled at him.
“Come on Kazuya, can’t you share your meal?”
“I’m more mad at you for arriving late than stealing my meal,” he eyed the guy with half-annoyance.
Tatsuya approached him and started kissing him.
“I’m full, don’t you want to work out a bit?” the guy smiled at him.
Kazuya glared at his lover.
“I’m still mad!” he said but did not push the older one away when he was being pinned to the wall of the cave.
“Forgive me, Kazuya. My father was lecturing me how I shouldn’t be so lenient about the war.”
Kazuya pouted before his eyes lit up in excitement.
He flipped his lover over, making them switch position, making him pinned the other one to the wall.
“You’re late, so it’s my turn,” he smirked.
“Kazuya,” his lover warned him with a serious tone.
“Nope! I won’t listen and won’t forgive you until you give in to me this time,” he grinned childishly.
“Come on, Kazuya. It’s just one time,” his lover gave him a pout.
“Nope! This is your punishment for being late.”
After that, Kazuya tore his lover’s clothes who ended up glaring at him.
“Hey!”
“You can take the guy’s clothes in the back of the cave. I’m sure it’ll fit you.”
Just as when Tatsuya was about to do the same to him, he pushed the guy back further making some rocks crumbling down.
“Not going to happen.”
“You are so-” Tatsuya didn’t get the chance to finish his sentence since Kazuya kissed him first.
Once the younger pulled back and gave him that superior smile, he had the urge to throw Kazuya off of him to show who was the boss.
But it seemed that the younger one noticed and didn't give him the chance to react and bit him.
Tatsuya’s eyes flash for a second, and he would’ve bite into Kazuya’s marble skin too if he had the chance.
“Then next time, remember not to be late!”
After the younger one’s demand, Tatsuya found both of their bodies gluing against each other. Then he heard how the rocks started crumbling and shook his head. He wondered how many times that they had been doing this, and the cave hadn’t been crumbling down and crushing them. Even so, he didn’t think that it would stop them from enjoying themselves.

“You are really mean, you know that Kazuya?” Tatsuya told his lover while he took the dead man’s clothes.
The younger one just gave him a shrug with a satisfied smile.
“I was waiting for so long that I thought you wouldn’t come.” The younger one told him with a pout.
Tatsuya is bewildered by how Kazuya was acting so childishly. He ended up giving in to the younger one, and the latter still had the nerve to still be angry with him.
“The sky is getting a little clear, I think we should head back.”
Tatsuya glanced outside after he finished dressing up. He inhaled the scent of the clothes before glancing at his lover. He would have to get rid of Kazuya’s scent or else it would really cause a big problem than it already was.
“You’ve been out here so long, no one knows?” Tatsuya questioned the younger one who turned toward him.
“No, I told them that I wanted to hunt for myself. I think it should be alright.”
Tatsuya gave him a nod.
“Before we go back, want to hit the river?” he asked and stood in front of the younger one.
Kazuya gave him a look before he smiled. He knew that the younger one probably have the same thought as him. They would need to wash each other scent out before going back to their clans.
Right before the younger one’s eyes, he sprint forward, knowing full well that Kazuya would follow him.
Just like he had expected, Kazuya called out to him and cursed him for cheating.
It had only taken them about a minute or so to reach the river when in actual fact, it would have probably been five hours or more.
Once Tatsuya reached the river, Kazuya didn’t hesitate to attack his lover into the water.
“You cheater!” he accused only to have Tatsuya laughed at him.
While they were laughing and playing in the river for a few minutes, the both of them suddenly stopped.
“Did you here that?” Kazuya questioned and stood frozen.
Before Tatsuya could respond, Kazuya licked his lips and react to his instinct. He reached another part of the river, which was the lane to the waterfall. There, he spotted a human who was drowning.
Before the human could reach the edge of the waterfall, he jumped in without any hesitation.
Minutes later, Kazuya was able to pull the human up to the land. He could still hear the beating heart and was glad because he wanted his meal to still be alive when he devoured it.
Then once he flipped the human, who turned out to be a man, Kazuya frowned. This man was unconscious, but what surprised him the most was the scent. This man seemed to be around his late twenty and was quite handsome.
It was not the first time that he had seen such a beautiful person without drinking their blood, but he found it really hard to sink his teeth into this unconscious man’s flesh.
Kazuya observed the guy before standing right up and threw the body over his shoulder.
At the same time, his lover reached him.
“He’s still alive,” Tatsuya stated.
He nodded in respond.
“I’m going to take him back to the cave. You should wash my scent off of you first,” he added in and took off.
Tatsuya, on the other hand, was baffled by his lover’s action.
When he had sense a human nearby and Kazuya took off like the way he had done, his first thought was that Kazuya was going to feed again. To his surprise, the thought of Kazuya saving a human just had never occurred to him.
However, he did what Kazuya had told him. He would need to wash Kazuya’s scent off of him first.
After he was done, he followed the younger one back to their cave.
There, he saw how his lover was observing the human with such interest that he balled his fists in anger.
If Kazuya wouldn’t feed on that human, then he would.
“Tatsuya, can you watch over him for now? I’ll need to go back.”
Tatsuya frowned when his lover approached him and gently pecked on his lips.
Before the younger one could leave, Tatsuya knew that he had to question him. It was his right anyway.
“Why didn’t you feed on him?” he asked angrily.
Kazuya turned to him and smiled.
“I don't know. His scent is weird. It’s sweet, but not tempting enough to eat.”
Tatsuya turned to the human who was lying on the flat rock that had the shape of a bed. He gritted his teeth.
“Tatsuya, don’t eat him or else I’ll be really mad.”
Tatsuya knew then that his lover was serious. It really made him angry that Kazuya dared to lay his eyes on something that should be food.
Once Kazuya was gone, he head over to the human who caught his lover’s interest He knew that Kazuya would definitely be angry with him, but the latter would get over it.
He approached the unconscious human while both of his hands started to get hairy and his nails now turned into sharp claws that was enough to break a tree in half.
His eyes flashed golden, just as he was about to tear the human into pieces, the human stirred and turned his head toward him.
Tatsuya frowned as he came to face the human’s unconscious feature. Both of his paws changed back to human hands and he came closer to the man.
Kazuya was right. This human’s scent was very strange. What was even stranger was the face of the human. It was such a handsome and charming face. He didn't’ think that there was another beautiful creature alive beside Kazuya.
Unconsciously, he ended up sitting on the side and ran his fingers over the human’s handsome face. He smiled.
“He smells really good.”
