Darren Criss down for possible 'glee spin off'
Darren Criss has become a household name after making his TV debut as the Warblers member Blaine on "Glee". While he is happy enough being a part of the hit series, the 24-year-old actor admitted to Access Hollywood
at the Spring 2011 Oxygen upfronts in New York that he is open to the idea of a Warblers spin-off.
Asked for his opinion, the singer-songwriter said, "Hey, I'm just happy to be invited to the party. A spin-off, whatever they want, I'm happy where I am." He added, "I think Blaine serves a really cool function in the grander scheme of 'Glee' so I don't think we need to focus particularly - you know, but if they want to do it, hey, I'm down! Whatever they want."
During the chat, Darren shared his excitement about the upcoming release of "Glee: The Music Presents The Warblers". Having reminded that the album for his TV singing team will come out on April 19 in the U.S., the "Eastwick" actor said, "It's just a bunch of Warbler songs so I've been really happy that people have had such a positive response. I would have never guessed in a million years that that would happen."

I'd totally be down for a glee spin off especially if its the Warblers.. I'd love to see more of Darren on screen and Riker (sorry for spelling) esp. It would be really cool to see the back stories that we see at McKinley high.. all that goes on behind the singing! So what you think?
