Weekend-y Goodness
As I may have mentioned, last week TOTALLY sucked at work. With people being out sick, and by people, I mean the person who is my other half, in addition to people just being bitchy in general, did not make for a fun week. Suffice it to say I was so happy when 3 pm rolled around on Friday.
Friday night: dinner and bowling with Marie and Moosa. I hadn't bowled in about 2 years but it was alot of fun.
Saturday: errands and yule prep during the day. Talked to sick Scott, who it turns out does not have the flu. Had dinner with my parents and after, watched them light the Hanukkah candles and got my first of 3 presents.
Sunday: Dad and I went to visit Jen. Bonnie didn't come because she was sick, well she's been sick but she finally acknowledged that maybe she should actually rest and do something about it. Anyway, We three exchanged gifts at Jen's apartment and then went out for brunch.
And then today, the woman who is my other half did come in. But of course, she has to leave early tomorrow, so that will be delightful. Yes, happy birthday to me.
Speaking of which, tom'w night, Marie and Madham come up tom'w for dinner! Woo!
