If I didn't want Damar reading the thread I'd have locked it; I don't think Kira remembers much of the time that Damar is really alive in this reality.

OOC In the Trek universe people from different time streams are always running into one another; hence Kirk and Scotty both met Picard long after their presumed deaths, and we all know that nobody stays dead if a writer comes up with a good gimmick for bringing him or her back. So I don't have any problem, especially in the context of this community where we can talk to wizards and Starsky and Hutch, with Damar being able to read anything Kira writes except things she specifically says she has locked so he can't read them. I won't actually lock them, though, so you can read them. *g*

IC I was happy to join you for Mr. Cotto's Ascension party. I still haven't gotten a very clear explanation of the rite of ascension, but I did meet Captain Sheridan. I wonder how he would handle having a Ferengi as his station's bartender?

Honestly I've yet to get any real explaination either all I could make out is that it celebrates life? Perhaps adulthood? i should have asked Londo and Vir before they got too drunk to be coherant.

I've only met Captain Sheridan once but he seems to be good man certainly someone you would want to call an ally or a comrade.

As long as he doesn't know just who the Ferengi are, I think you could get away with it. I imagine after a few days he'd be more then happy to return Quark back to DS9 whether you want him back or not...
